Kelly Severhof, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to uncovering root causes to psychiatric conditions and collaborating with patients to achieve their mental well-being and self-discovery goals.

An Ohio native, Kelly dedicated over 10 years of her nursing career working in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry where she honed her skills in understanding and addressing the multifaceted needs of individuals grappling with mental health challenges before earning a Masters Degree in Nursing and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification. She has vast experience working with patients with a wide array of diagnoses, and at the heart of her approach lies a profound belief in the power of integrative medicine – an approach that considers the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and lifestyle in mental health. Utilizing an array of therapeutic modalities, Kelly tailors evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that incorporate conventional medication, lifestyle modifications, experiential therapies, and mindfulness practices to promote holistic healing.
