Monica Byers, ARNP, is a dedicated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner holding dual ANCC Board certifications in Psychiatry/Mental Health and Adult Health. With over 25 years of experience in various care settings, Monica is known for her compassionate care and commitment to helping individuals achieve their optimal wellness.

She holds a Master of Science – Nursing (MSN) Adult Health degree from Florida Atlantic University where she received the prestigious Talon Leadership Award, served as Treasurer of the Student Government Association, and graduated summa cum laude. She has a Master of Science – Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from the University of West Florida, again graduating with top honors from a rigorous program. She achieved a Prost-Graduate Certificate (PGC) from Frontier Nursing University in Psychiatry and Mental Health care which further added to her extensive knowledge and skills.

Always committed to providing the highest standard of care, Monica maintains board certification in Adult Health, serving ages 13 and older, and Psychiatry/Mental Health, serving individuals across the lifespan.

This accomplished clinician honed her clinical skills and deepened her understanding of the medical and mental health care needs of our diverse population by achieving certification as a Transgender Care Therapist and completing extensive post-graduate coursework in LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC care needs. Uniquely, Monica also provides services to individuals and couples within the kink community, focusing on issues such as identity exploration, relationship dynamics, communication skills, and emotional well-being.

Always striving to provide safe, inclusive, and compassionate spaces for individuals to achieve their healthcare goals, Monica is accepting new patients at our office in Eugene and via telehealth. All are welcome!
