We accept a wide range of insurance providers, including Aetna, PacificSource, First Choice Health Network, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Providence, Moda and OHP Pacific Source.

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, and you have out-of-network benefits, we can assist in processing your claims directly with your insurance. We can review and discuss your benefits and the anticipated costs associate with treatment.

We also offer cash-pay rates for individuals not using insurance or who want to submit claims on their own. We can provide you with a detailed statement, or superbill, for services that may be covered by your insurance as out-of-network benefits. This document contains all the necessary information for you to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We do not bill insurance for Ketamine therapy, but will provide you with a superbill which you can submit for possible reimbursement, though most insurance companies do not cover this treatment.
