We aim to provide comprehensive psychiatric services to a wide range of individuals and families in our community, and understanding the complexities of insurance coverage and mental health services can be overwhelming. Our knowledgeable staff is here to guide you through the process and answer questions you may have regarding your specific insurance plan to support you on your journey to mental wellness.

We will help verify your coverage and explain any co-pays, deductibles, or other fees associated with your insurance plan, allowing you to make informed decisions about your mental health care.

We accept a wide range of insurance providers, including Aetna, PacificSource, First Choice Health Network, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Providence, Moda and OHP PacificSource.

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, and you have out-of-network benefits, we can assist in processing your claims directly with your insurance. We can review and discuss your benefits and the anticipated costs associate with treatment.

We also offer cash-pay rates for individuals not using insurance or who want to submit claims on their own. We can provide you with a detailed statement, or superbill, for services that may be covered by your insurance as out-of-network benefits. This document contains all the necessary information for you to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
